The colourful city of Valparaiso is placed at around 2 hours of Santiago and it acts as its sea port and also as a cultural and party destination for many santiagueños.
The numerous colourful houses spread over the different cerros that surrounded the city gives the pictures a special touch.
Also, the city is full with many examples of street-art that can be found almost anywhere including the several lift that join the low city with the cerros.
